Asus WLAN Tree Donation T&C

Participants in this promotion must accept these Terms and Conditions.

The Promoter is ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC ABN 81 148 073 858 ('ASUS'). ASUSTek reserves the right to alter the donation amount and mechanism without notice.

Offer is only open to residents of Australia. Employees and the immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies (including but not limited to ASUS resellers) associated with this promotion are ineligible.

The duration of this promotion is between 23th July 2014 and close of business on 13th August 2014 ("Promotional Period").

To be eligible, consumers must complete both the following:

• Share this website on your Facebook timeline.

"Asus donate a tree on your behalf" mechanism:

• Participants have to share this website page on their facebook timeline.
• For each "share", Asus will donate a tree on your behalf to Australia to protect the environment. Asus will donate up to 1600 trees for this campaign.

For the tree donation:

• One person is only eligible to donate a tree once. We will count the number of people who donates based on the number of the IP address.
• The Promoter's decision is final and binding - no correspondence will be entered into.
• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from this promotion. Independent financial advice should be sought by the claimant.
• The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion. If the claimant checks the appropriate box on the online claim form, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Claimants should direct any requests to update or correct information to the Promoter. All claims become the property of the Promoter.
